Will my health insurance reimburse chiropractic care?
Yes, with most insurers. Of the 36 insurers in the official 2026 reimbursement overview, 33 reimburse chiropractic care through a supplementary package — 128 reimbursing packages in total. FBTO, JUST and VGZBEWUZT offer no chiropractic reimbursement in 2026. Because reimbursement runs through your supplementary insurance, chiropractic care does not count toward your compulsory deductible. The amount varies per package, usually between €30 and €50 per visit, and the annual cap covers chiropractic plus alternative treatments together. Check your own policy or use the reimbursement check (source: chiropractievergoeding.nl, November 2025 — subject to change).
